{"id":1632,"date":"2016-03-07T11:02:10","date_gmt":"2016-03-07T10:02:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.qsei.it\/?p=1632"},"modified":"2017-10-23T11:57:25","modified_gmt":"2017-10-23T09:57:25","slug":"nuova-classificazione-della-formaldeide-circolare-nr-22016-11-mar-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qsei.it\/?p=1632","title":{"rendered":"Nuova Classificazione della Formaldeide | CIRCOLARE nr. 2\/2016 &#8211; 11 MAR 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il REGOLAMENTO (UE) 2015\/491 della Commissione\u00a0del 23 marzo 2015 stabilisce, dopo deroghe varie, che, a partire dal 1 GEN 2016, la formaldeide \u00e8 identificata come sostanza cancerogena per l\u2019uomo.<\/p>\n<p>Essa pu\u00f2 provocare tumori nasofaringei, delle cavit\u00e0 nasali, dei seni paranasali e leucemie, ma \u00e8 possibile che il suo spettro di azione sia pi\u00f9 ampio.<\/p>\n<p>La Formaldeide o i prodotti che la possono rilasciare sono ampiamente utilizzati in diversi settori produttivi (industria chimica, trasformazione delle materie plastiche, solventi, vernici, mobili, pannelli in legno truciolato, collanti, cosmetici, industria tessile, settore sanitario, settore alimentare, ecc.).<\/p>\n<p>Per quanto sopra si richiama l\u2019attenzione alla necessit\u00e0 di valutare il rischio da esposizione ad agenti cancerogeni ed applicare le regole previste dal D.L.vo 81\/2008 e s.m.i. su questo argomento (formazione, registro degli esposti, comunicazione all\u2019ASL).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>IL PERSONALE DI Qsei s.r.l.
