{"id":1694,"date":"2016-03-16T15:05:10","date_gmt":"2016-03-16T14:05:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.qsei.it\/?p=1694"},"modified":"2017-10-23T11:57:18","modified_gmt":"2017-10-23T09:57:18","slug":"rischio-chimico-per-la-sicurezza-circolare-nr-72016-29-mar-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qsei.it\/?p=1694","title":{"rendered":"Rischio Chimico per la Sicurezza | CIRCOLARE nr. 7\/2016 &#8211; 29 MAR 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019art. 223 del D.L.vo 81\/2008 e s.m.i. prevede la valutazione dei rischi per la Salute e per la <strong>Sicurezza<\/strong> derivanti dalla presenza di agenti chimici sul luogo di lavoro.<\/p>\n<p>La normativa attuale di legge e tecnica non ha emanato alcun metodo ufficiale per valutare il rischio chimico per la Sicurezza. A causa di tale lacuna, la scrivente utilizza un modello proposto da Federchimica.<\/p>\n<p>Fino ad ora era adottato un metodo arbitrario basato sui concetti esposti da quello proposto dalla Regione Piemonte per il rischio chimico per la Salute.<\/p>\n<p>Con la nuova versione del metodo della Regione Piemonte nemmeno il metodo arbitrario usato \u00e8 pi\u00f9 possibile.<\/p>\n<p>Quindi, la necessit\u00e0 della variazione \u00e8 stata indotta dall\u2019utilizzo di una metodica pi\u00f9 concreta di quella usata fino ad ora con maggiori garanzie di affidabilit\u00e0 poich\u00e9 divulgata da un Ente pi\u00f9 accreditato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>IL PERSONALE DI Qsei s.r.l.
