{"id":2042,"date":"2016-07-29T11:59:31","date_gmt":"2016-07-29T09:59:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.qsei.it\/?p=2042"},"modified":"2017-10-23T11:56:39","modified_gmt":"2017-10-23T09:56:39","slug":"modello-ot24-2017-circolare-nr-182016-29-lug-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qsei.it\/?p=2042","title":{"rendered":"Modello OT24 2017 | CIRCOLARE nr. 18\/2016 &#8211; 29 LUG 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sul sito dell\u2019INAIL \u00e8 stato pubblicato il nuovo modello per la presentazione di istanze per la riduzione del tasso medio di tariffa (OT24) da presentarsi nel 2017 per le migliorie apportate nel 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Il modulo \u00e8 scaricabile al seguente link:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inail.it\/cs\/internet\/atti-e-documenti\/moduli-e-modelli\/assicurazione\/premio-assicurativo.html\">www.inail.it\/cs\/internet\/atti-e-documenti\/moduli-e-modelli\/assicurazione\/premio-assicurativo.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ai sensi del D.M. 12 DIC 2000 e s.m.i. \u00e8 prevista per le aziende, dopo il primo biennio di attivit\u00e0, la possibilit\u00e0 di richiedere la riduzione del tasso medio di tariffa INAIL a seguito di interventi di miglioramento delle condizioni di Sicurezza e Salute nei luoghi di lavoro rispetto ai requisiti minimi previsti dal D.L.vo 81\/2008 e s.m.i.<\/p>\n<p>In base al D.M. 3 MAR 2015 che ha modificato il DM 12 DIC 2000, la riduzione del tasso \u00e8 correlata al numero dei lavoratori impiegati nell\u2019anno dall\u2019azienda secondo le seguenti modalit\u00e0:<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\" width=\"50%\"><strong>LAVORATORI\/ANNO<\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\" width=\"50%\"><strong>RIDUZIONE<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\" width=\"50%\">Fino a 10<\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\" width=\"50%\">28 %<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\" width=\"50%\">Da 11 a 50<\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\" width=\"50%\">18 %<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\" width=\"50%\">Da 51 a 200<\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\" width=\"50%\">10 %<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\" width=\"50%\">Oltre 200<\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\" width=\"50%\">5 %<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>La domanda di riduzione dovr\u00e0 essere presentata relativamente alla situazione al 31 DIC 2016, corredata di documentazione probante le migliorie, entro il 28 FEB 2017.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019applicabilit\u00e0 di tale riduzione \u00e8 stabilita in base ad un punteggio minimo da raggiungere (100), conseguente alle attivit\u00e0 di mantenimento e\/o miglioramento attuate nell\u2019anno di riferimento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>IL PERSONALE DI Qsei s.r.l.
