Il Decreto Legislativo nr. 81/2008 al Titolo VIII (artt. dal 213 al 220) introduce le misure di protezione dei lavoratori contro i rischi relativi all’esposizione a radiazioni ottiche di origine artificiale e in particolare ai rischi dovuti agli effetti nocivi sugli occhi e sulla cute.
A partire dal 26 Aprile 2010 saranno in vigore, con le relative sanzioni, gli obblighi a carico del datore di lavoro:
a) valutare, e se necessario, calcolare o misurare i livelli di radiazioni ottiche a cui i lavoratori sono esposti;
b) tenere conto dell’esistenza di attrezzature di lavoro alternative progettate per ridurre i valori di esposizione;
c) individuare eventuali metodi di riduzione dell’esposizione;
d) provvedere ad attività di informazione e formazione dei lavoratori.
Pertanto potrebbe essere necessario procedere all’aggiornamento del documento di valutazione dei rischi mediante l’indicazione degli esiti della valutazione e delle eventuali misure di prevenzione e protezione adottate.
Al fine di verificare quanto descritto, si propone un incontro per valutare le eventuali presenze di fonti dannose.
